Appointment of a Nodal Officer at JNCH Customs

Subject: Appointment of a Nodal Officer at JNCH Customs;

Dear Member,

We wish to inform that JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued a Public Notice No. 38/2020 dated 30th March, 2020 regarding the appointment of a Nodal Officer at Customs.

To resolve issues related to commuting within the port areas including CFSs, reportedly faced by Customs Brokers or their authorized employees providing essential service in relation to customs clearance within Jawaharlal Nehru Port including CFSs, JNCH Customs has appointed Shri T. R. Dash, Assistant

Commissioner of Customs, JNCH (Mob No- 9930536477) as Nodal Officer.

Please note that the Nodal Officer shall discharge the functions whether he is on the roster for attending office or working from home.

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
